REFUND POLICY

Donations, and mistakes.

Donations to Tavasmi Charitable Society are voluntary and, once made, are directed to the seva you have chosen. As such, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you have donated in error — for example, a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorised transaction on your card — please write to seva@tavasmifoundation.org within seven (7) days of the transaction. Include your name, contact number, transaction reference and reason. We will investigate promptly and, if the claim is valid, initiate a refund within fifteen (15) working days.

Note: If a statutory 80G receipt has already been issued and used for tax purposes, refund may be restricted to comply with the Income Tax Act.
