तवास्मि — I am yours. Not I will save you. Not I will give to you. I belong to you.

TAVASMI FOUNDATION · RAJASTHAN · SINCE 2018

मैं तुम्हारा हूँ — सेवा के माध्यम से।

I belong to you, through Seva.

Beyond charity lies a deeper truth — we are all one family. Tavasmi turns that truth into daily seva across India: education for the girl-child, hunger relief with dignity, elder care, gau seva, and women’s livelihood.

A registered charitable society. Every rupee, every hour, returned to the field.

A QUIET MULTIPLIER

Why we begin with the girl child.

A girl who finishes school marries later, earns more, and sends her own children to school. Educating her is not one intervention — it is the one that quietly performs all the others.

She stays six years longer.

Girls who reach secondary school in rural India (World Bank framing).

Her future earnings roughly double.

Each extra year of schooling — UNESCO estimates for South Asia.

Her children are far more likely to be literate.

Inter-generational transmission of schooling, NFHS studies.

OUR REACH

A quiet flame, and a wide horizon.

Thousands of lives touched

Across Rajasthan and the villages beyond, our sevas reach into homes, schools, kitchens and gaushalas — quietly, daily.

Growing across many districts

From Bhupal Sagar and Fatehnagar to the pilgrimage roads of Nathdwara and further still, our field teams walk longer paths every year.

Hundreds of volunteer hours

Every week, women, students, elders and neighbours give the one thing they cannot get back — their time — to another human being.

A community that keeps growing

What began as a single village kitchen is now a family of teachers, drivers, tailors, doctors and hosts across five sevas.

Every seva is a promise kept quietly, daily, and at scale.

Pad Distribution Drive — Supporting Monthly Needs with Dignity

FROM THE FIELD

“Dignity is not a privilege. It is a right.”

In communities where silence around menstruation runs deep, Tavasmi Foundation chose to speak — and more importantly, to act. Our Pad Distribution Drive reaches young women and girls across rural Rajasthan, providing sanitary pads, hygiene awareness, and the simple but powerful message that their needs matter.

Because dignity is not a privilege. It is a right.

Each drive is organised by local women volunteers who understand the culture, speak the language, and earn the trust that outsiders cannot. The response has been one of quiet gratitude — from mothers who never had this growing up, and daughters who now will.
